Monday Mornings at 9:30am, I'm creating a space for mums or Dads and their little ones.

If you're craving an hour to slow down, breathe deeply and simply be, you're warmly welcome to join us for a gentle Sound Journey surrounded by the soothing tones and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other calming instruments.

There is no expectation for bub to be still. They can relax on your chest, sit in your lap, share your lounger or simply be themselves while you soak up the sounds and enjoy a moment of rest.

Comfort is the priority. Our intimate group is limited to just 8 participants, with luxurious floor loungers providing the perfect place to settle in and unwind.

After the session, stay for a cuppa and connect with other local parents in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
